Google’s official advice is that it takes between 4-12 months to see the impact of SEO work, so the SEO packages feature 6 months of monitoring and support to ensure your traffic is growing.
All packages are delivered as a focused one-week intensive.
We block out a dedicated week to complete your project from start to finish. That means no dragging timelines, no “we’ll get to it,” no half-built strategy sitting in Google Drive for three months. We start. We execute. We finish.
Your role is simple: be available, responsive, and ready to make decisions during your intensive week. We’ll schedule any required calls in advance so everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

SEO Diagnostic Audit
The SEO Diagnostic Audit is delivered over two ninety minute sessions that take place within the same week.
Choose a week that works for you and both Zoom sessions will be scheduled in advance.
Zoom calls are recorded and you’ll be supplied with links so that sessions can be watched back.
At the end of the week, you’ll receive an SEO action plan with recommendations.
Coaching call 1 (1.5hr duration): Setup/Health check of Google Analytics, Google Search Console & Google Business Profile
Coaching call 2 (1.5hr duration): Strategy, competitor analysis, keyword research & technical audit review
Good to know:
- The initial technical SEO audit will be complete prior to the first Zoom session
- The total project time is five hours, including three hours of live Zoom sessions.
- The timings of the two ninety minute Zoom sessions will be agreed in advance to fit your schedule.
- Both sessions must take place within the selected week. Unused sessions cannot be carried forward.

SEO Foundations Intensive
The SEO Foundations Intensive is delivered across five structured sessions within the same week. We structure your website so AI systems can understand, cite, and recommend you.
Choose a week that works for you and the Zoom sessions will be scheduled in advance.
Zoom calls are recorded and you’ll be supplied with links so that sessions can be watched back.
At the end of the week, you’ll have core SEO foundations implemented and a clear roadmap for continued growth.
Coaching call 1 (1.5hr duration): Core SEO settings configured
Coaching call 2 (1.5hr duration): Home page optimized
Coaching call 3 (1.5hr duration): Landing page created/optimized
Coaching call 4 (1.5hr duration): Blog coaching
Coaching call 5 (3hrs duration): Three blog posts optimized

SEO Build Block
The SEO Build Block is a 3-5 hour block of SEO work that can be added on following either the SEO Diagnostic Audit, or the SEO Foundations Intensive.
It’s also available for clients that have purchased previously available SEO Packages and replaces the 1-hour power hour.

- The timings of any Zoom sessions will be agreed in advance to fit your daily schedule.
- All sessions must take place within the selected week. Unused sessions cannot be carried forward.
After Your SEO Project
What happens after your SEO Package is complete?
For ongoing support, we have a SEO membership service which gives you the option of attending live office hours sessions and SEO classes, as well as having access to our feature-packed SEO software stack.
SEO Service Capacity and Client Experience
We are a boutique-style SEO agency. This means that whilst we have specialist SEO contractors who will undertake research and data consolidation, you’ll be working directly with Karen.
To provide the best possible levels of service we have a limited amount of space for clients, with a maximum of 24 spaces available per year. At peak times of the year, we often have a 2-3 week wait time. We start the research and site analysis process as soon as you’re booked in.
